March 2006 was when the market first started, in the Wintec car park on Collingwood Street, Hamilton. Fast forward through Sonning car park on River Road to Te Rapa Racecourse, and five years ago the market settled in at 'The Barn' at the Claudelands Event Centre.
Many stallholders have come and gone...some have been with the market for the full duration! Our photo has captured these stalwarts, and we are sure you will have bought their products at some stage of your shopping venture at the markets!
